The project was thought about by considering this two factors...
1 - Beauty in simplicity
2 - Client satisfaction
On planning, we came up with two solutions touching the various aspects of the clients wants while keeping it simple hence considering the stipulated budget.
Option one made use of less materials in achieving the desired facade (blue stucco paint, stone wall tile and cedar wood planks) while option 2 made use of note materials in achieving the desired result (corten steel, stone wall tile, two different colour scheme of purple to brown and from red to green).
The two options made no major changes to the existing structure by keeping the existing windows and entrances. The facade was raised in both design to give the approach view a sense of height. In option 1, the gutter is left as it is but repainted white to give it a new feel while in option 2 the gutter is covered.
Ultimately we were able to achieve the best from being simple and considerate to the budget but not letting budget define the design.
We hope the design satisfies your brief.
Thanks for the opportunity to work on your project. Looking forward for your review.
