Modern contemporary style open space design that maintains interconnecting flow between the office / study room and living/dining area by using sliding wooden door panels at both of study room's corners as divider (you could either open or close the doors to set up different privacy level when needed). The fireplace wall is equipped with built-in cabinets that functions as storage (with push-to-open panel system) and bookshelves (at office room side, behind the electric fireplace). If the office/study room is open, the sliding door panels can hid/cover the bookshelves (can be fully or half closed).
There is an additional built-in bench equipped with shelves underneath located at the living room (long wall side) prior to entering the study / office room (adjacent to home office work station). This area can serve extra guests or people at the living area, but can become an expanded reading /seating area of the office/study as well.
Kitchen cabinets are designed to be clean and sleek with push-to-open greyish brown horizontal wood grain MDF panel system (the same material used for built-in furniture to maintain the room continuity). There is a long counter table at the kitchen wall that has electric stove, sink, and a preparation table facing outdoor with hanging pots for herbs or indoor plants. The cabinets & counter table at that wall side is set to be symmetrical for different possible dining/island layouts. Hidden refrigerators and ovens are integrated at the wall that adjacent to pantry, dish washer machine and trash bins can are located in the cabinet under long counter table, while kitchenware, utensils, napkins, etc can be stored under the waterfall-style island table. Finishes of the kitchen counter table, island table, and backsplash are Travertine stone finish (horizontal layer pattern).
