REMODEL EXTERIOR HOME AND LANDSCAPING ON ARCBAZAR
At the start of this project, two colour schemes came to mind for painting the exterior of the house.
The first was your preferred colour combination of dark grey paint and a dark trim on the windows. Here a dark grey wall siding was suggested throughout the wall with a charcoal black trim all around the windows and doors. The front and back decks are of brown old parquet wood and a charcoal black wooden balustrade connecting the light grey railings. Above the doors in the front of the house, custom made pergolas with same colour and material as the balustrade were proposed to improve the curb appeal of the approach view.
The back deck was designed with the existing tree at its center. The back deck has an outdoor dining area for 4 people, an outdoor barbeque spot, an outdoor sitting area around a fire pit and a hot tub directly facing the door of the master bedroom.
The second colour scheme proposed would be a white wall siding with a black trim on the windows and doors. The deck here would be of old oak wood painted dark grey and a white wooden balustrade connecting the dark grey railings. The pergolas in this scheme will remain the same material as the balustrade.
The back deck would also be the same as the first scheme in terms of design, the only difference is the colour scheme.
Note: The service duct directly underneath the French doors on the back deck can be assessed through a proposed opening close to the tree as shown on the submitted files. Also the planting/landscaping done for this design are shown and described in the submitted files.
