Attached are several design boards as well as renderings and budget for your Guest Bathroom project. I really enjoyed working on this as it is my favorite kind of design – designing on a budget! You will note that I stayed well within your budget and still replaced and extended your crown molding, replaced your base molding, and added new floor tile, new shower tile, shower doors, a rain shower head, and the two-sink small-sized vanity you requested. I also was able to give you a new dividing wall between the sink area and the toilet/shower area for added privacy. I completed your design before you made known your preference to retain the shower curtain instead of glass doors. So, I rendered a view with a shower curtain and, since there would be more room in the budget, I upgraded the tile in the shower area – should you choose the shower curtain route. Both options are noted in the attached budget. In addition to the budget, I’ve attached screen prints of the actual products – complete with price, item number, web-address, etc. You’ll find these screen prints in the same order as the budget items. Almost everything indicated is available from Home Depot, Lowes, or IKEA to save on shipping costs. A couple of the items I chose are available on www.overstock.com. The artwork websites are also noted for your convenience. I look forward to working with you on this fun project and would be more than happy to answer any questions or make any adjustments to the plan should you choose my design.
